I provide individual psychotherapy for adults. Sessions are typically 45 minutes long and scheduled weekly. Sessions take place by remote video conference.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, panic and obsessive-compulsive disorders. I also have experience serving clients living with depression, posttraumatic symptoms, and difficulties with self-doubt, self-criticism and life transitions.
I am typically not a good fit for clients whose principal needs are related to psychosis, autism spectrum symptoms, eating disorders, personality disorders, or mania; or clients who have trouble maintaining physical safety between sessions.
We begin with a free 20-minute consultation, during which I'll ask you about the concerns that bring you to therapy and tell you more about my approach. From there, we can decide to schedule an initial 60-minute intake evaluation, to further assess your needs and whether I am a good fit for you. If we decide to proceed with therapy, we will work together to develop a psychotherapy plan that identifies desired outcomes, targets we will work on and skills we will develop.
My fees are $200/session and $250 for the initial intake session. If we routinely extend our sessions longer than 45 minutes, I will talk to you about adjusting the fee accordingly.
I am an out-of-network provider with insurance companies, so you will be responsible for the cost of therapy. Fees can be reduced on net if you have out-of-network coverage, in which your insurance company reimburses you later for a percentage of therapy fees.
